About our facility

Located in the northern Chihuahuan Desert, the largest desert in North America, Sovereign Health’s El Paso, Texas, treatment facility is conveniently located 7 miles from the El Paso International Airport. This facility opened in January 2016, making this one of Sovereign’s newest facilities.

At our drug rehab in Texas, patients reside in one large residence which houses up to 42 adult individuals. Accommodations include:
