Detoxification programs clear the body of abused substances and ease withdrawal symptoms from alcohol and/or drugs.
Sovereign Health of Los Angeles provides a structured, residential, nonmedical setting for detox managed by our experienced staff. It’s a safe space for 24-hour medication monitoring, observation and support, while nestled in a supervised environment.
Social detoxification makes room for individuals who it would benefit to participate in the daily residential activities of treatment and is the least restrictive, nonmedical option to inpatient detoxification.
Residential treatment programs are the most effective type of treatment to offer customizations for each patient’s particular treatment needs. Sovereign Los Angeles’ nonhospital-based interdisciplinary services are provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in actual residential houses designated for those with either substance abuse or co-occurring mental health and addiction issues.
The comfortable group setting fosters an enriching comradery among patients.
Partial Hospitalization (PHP)
Sovereign Health of Los Angeles’ partial hospitalization program is a step lower than inpatient care, providing medical supervision and a full spectrum of therapeutically intensive, coordinated clinical services. The undivided attention to a PHP patient provides for that person and protects patients from any immediate risk.
Sovereign Health of Los Angeles’s PHP offers transitional treatment in place of continued hospitalization.
Intensive Outpatient, (IOP)
Sovereign Health’s IOP consists of a charted series of sessions tailored to the patient. The program is as a gradual step-down from partial hospitalization, detoxification or residential services, allowing the patient the freedom to attend work or school while still engaged in treatment.
