Sovereign Health of Chandler Treatment Programs
Sovereign Health of Chandler’s trauma facility is licensed by the Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS) as a behavioral health residential facility and outpatient treatment center for women who have mental health, substance abuse and co-occurring disorders. Women who attend Sovereign Health of Chandler’s facility can receive different levels of care, depending on the severity of their symptoms, presenting condition(s) and other related factors.
Our Chandler facility’s programs for mental health, substance abuse and co-occurring disorders are offered at different levels of care, depending on each woman’s particular needs. The following levels of care are provided for women with mental health, substance abuse and co-occurring disorders, also referred to as dual diagnosis:
- Residential Treatment Center (RTC) — patients receive more intensive and comprehensive treatment programs from trained clinical staff while they reside in the comfort of a home-like setting.
- Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) — patients attend groups, classes and receive treatment during the day while they live in sober living residences.
- Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) — patients attend groups and classes for only part of the week, which allows them to attend vocational programs, obtain employment or further their education while they are in treatment.
