Sovereign Health of Chandler, Arizona, is dedicated to improving the lives of women between the ages of 18 and 65. Specializing in the treatment of trauma and abuse in addition to the treatment of mental health conditions, substance abuse and co-occurring disorders, also known as dual diagnosis.
Sovereign Health’s women-only trauma treatment facility provides women with individualized and evidence-based treatment modalities for mental illnesses, substance abuse and co-occurring conditions, specializing in the treatment of abuse and other forms of trauma. Sovereign Health of Chandler, Arizona, is licensed as a residential rehabilitation facility and outpatient treatment center for women only by the Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS).
Sovereign Health of Chandler’s clinical staff understands that patients require different levels of care depending on their specific needs and presenting condition(s). Female patients who receive treatment at Sovereign Health of Chandler can receive the following levels of care:
- Residential Treatment Center (RTC): Staff trained in treating persons with trauma, mental illness and other related issues provide women with general and specialized nonmedical interdisciplinary services 24 hours per day, seven days a week.
- Intensive Outpatient Treatment (IOP): A person-centered treatment plan is provided to women that consists of scheduled treatment sessions and aims to minimize the need for more intensive treatment.
- Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP): This time-limited, medically supervised program includes comprehensive, therapeutically intensive, structured clinical services.
